To wrap 2012 up, it's time for RostaMan to unveil his first-hand experience. His master, BJ Vadis a.k.a. @andrychang rode taxi in a Ferrari racing car, a 3-lap ride around the Sentul Circuit near Jakarta, Indonesia. It was part of the JakPerience Event hosted by @101JakFM, sponsored by Achilles Tires.
Gotta admit, this is one of the biggest moments for RostaMan in 2012.

Range Rover Evoque Special Edition with Victoria Beckham makes global debut in Beijing, China
Award winning British Fashion Designer, Victoria Beckham, and the Land Rover Design team, led by Gerry McGovern, have collaborated to create the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition.
Featuring bespoke luxury and sporting details, the exclusively designed car will make its global debut in Beijing at an exclusive reveal event that will be streamed live online to a worldwide audience. The car will then be on display at the Beijing Auto Show, which runs from 25th April- 2nd May [press days 23rd - 24th April]
The first ever Land Rover to feature exclusive, hand-finished matt paint, the Special Edition will further extend the character of the Evoque through rose gold accents on the grille surround, badging and 20" gloss black forged alloy wheels. Inside, the 4 seat coupé will include soft, vintage-inspired leather seats with hand finished feature stitch, rose gold-plated accents and luxurious trim materials such as Grand black laquers and veneers, textured aluminium and mohair.
The Special Edition also comes complete with bespoke luxury accessories including a four- piece leather luggage set and hand-sewn leather wallet for the owner's manual signed by Victoria Beckham.
Limited to a maximum of 200 vehicles to be sold worldwide, the Special Edition will be built at Halewood manufacturing facility in Liverpool and hand-finished by Land Rover's Engineering to Order (ETO) division.
Deliveries for the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition will commence as early as October 2012.

A couple of days ago the Facebook page passed the goal of eight million fans, and, to celebrate, Ferrari commissioned a special video of the 458 Italia "drawing" the number 8,000,000 on the steering pad at the Fiorano race track, which was dedicated to every one of them.

I recorded a grey colored Ferrari FF doing some accelerations leaving a nice exhaust note! The first acceleration is in a little tunnel which makes the sound even better!
When I saw it on pictures and videos, I din't really liked it. But when I saw it in real.... Wow this car is nice!
I allready have driven with the FF aswell and I have to say that this car has some mean power! It is super fast and you can take three other persons with you; great combination :)

Chauvel's uncle, General Sir Harry Chauvel, had commanded the New Zealand and Australian desert corps in Palestine in the First World War, and Charles had been planning his tribute to the Australian cavalry who fought there since the early 1930s.
Raising the finance had proved difficult, after the failure of Chauvel's nationalist film Heritage, but Chauvel was nothing if not persistent. When 500 members of the Light Horse paraded in Sydney in early 1938, for the sesquicentenary celebrations, Chauvel arranged to borrow them for a day's filming. This took place on the sand dunes at Kurnell, near Sydney, on 1 February 1938, with at least four camera units.
The cinematographers on the beach that day included Tasman Higgins, Bert Nicholas, John Heyer, Frank Hurley and Damien Parer -- an astonishingly talented crew. Hurley had a pit dug in the sand for himself and his camera, with planks placed over the top, and a small hole left for the lens. His shots of the bellies of horses leaping overhead provide some of the sequence's most thrilling action. This was the second time in his long career that Hurley had filmed a re-enactment of the famous charge at Beersheba. As a war photographer in Palestine in 1918, he had set up and filmed a re-enactment of the charge using troops of the Australian Light Horse (though not the same ones that actually made the charge). That film is now believed to be lost.

I have filmed this brand new Merdad Mer-Nazz. The Mer-Nazz is a tuned version of Land Rover's Range Rover Evoque, based on the Si4 petrol model this car has had the installation of the Merdad Collection bodykit. The car was being driven by Merdad himself, owner of the company so I discussed the model with him and the final version of the awesome little RR will also have a custom bonnet as well as some Merdad Alloy wheels in place.
